For more than four decades Sheila has served as a transformative leader in education, corporate, and non-profit organizations. An American Council on Education (ACE) Fellow, she recently served as Interim Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs at Rhode Island College where she led in such areas as productivity and efficiency review, contract negotiations, and change management.
